Most companies has their own website and usually put a section for employment and perhaps a platform for that. Anyone can register on that site and apply for the jobs announced, so the company will have a large stock of candidates data. It does not cost much compared to traditional methods.

One of the advantages of social sites is groups that are specialized in labor relations and employment, as they are considered an effective way to exchange and publish ideas.
